PAYMENTS
We accept all major credit cards and direct deposit. For the Direct Deposit option, you will need to email info@withloveco.com.au to proceed. All product prices, shipping prices and payment transactions on the website are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD). Orders are dispatched upon payment being received in full. We reserve the right to change pricing at our discretion and without notice.

PRIVACY
Any personal information that you provide to us including your name, address, telephone number and email address will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of With Love Co. We do not store any credit card information.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Please choose your order carefully – once an order is submitted we are unable to change or cancel the order. We do not provide refunds for change of mind reasons. However, in the unlikely event of a damaged or faulty product, please contact us at info@withloveco.com.au with your name, order number, product name and reason for return within 48 hours and we will organise a replacement. All freight costs for returns and deliveries of exchanges (excluding faulty goods) will be at the customer’s expense. We have a NO RETURN ON SALE ITEM policy.
